Choose a health goal, follow a 7 to 21 day plan, then compare how you felt and any connected health data with your starting point.

The web dashboard handles planning and review. The Android app carries today's tasks, notes, and check-ins.

The Split

Build workouts and weekly splits. During a session, log sets, reps, weight, rest, tempo, warmups, and notes.

Completed sessions stay in your history. You can also export a split schedule to your calendar, create exercises, and use the plate calculator.

Lock Bible

Read the Catholic Bible offline, search the full text, and save notes, bookmarks, and highlights.

Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets rotate through verses. There is no account, advertising, tracking, or data collection.
